The RED-C Institute of Engineering & Technology (RED-C IET) was established on December 25, 2007

Introduction

About RED-C IET

The RED-C Institute of Engineering & Technology (RED-C IET), established on December 25, 2007 under the supervision of Rehmat Ullah Khan Wazir, aims to strengthen technical education in Pakistan. The institute now offers programs in Petroleum, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Telecom, and Mechanical Technologies under KPK BTE, along with FSc, ICS, I.Com and FA under FBISE, Islamabad.

Inauguration

Opening Ceremony

The Institute was formally inaugurated by the High Commissioner of the Republic of South Africa and the Head of Pak–South Africa Friendship Association (PSAFA). Since then, several notable educationists, including the Chairman KPK Board of Technical Education, have visited and appreciated the standard of technical education maintained at RED-C IET.

Progress

Development

The establishment of RED-C IET Islamabad has strengthened technical training by providing practical, industry-relevant skills to youth across Pakistan. Over the past year, the institute has shown steady progress in academic, social, and developmental areas. The continued support of CEO Rehmat Ullah Khan Wazir and the Executive Committee has played a key role in this growth.

Today

Current Status

Today, RED-C IET stands as a symbol of quality education. From a small start at Atta Plaza, the institute has grown into a multi-campus setup with five faculties and multiple departments. With more than 1200 students enrolled in 16 programs, RED-Cians are serving nationwide with confidence and professionalism. The institute continues to promote quality learning, research, and global academic exposure.
